Paid 1,100 dollars for a “tune” to optimize my headers and exhaust and 800 dollars for hp tuners unlock. My car is now slower in the quarter mile and they scuffed my seat and paint and denied it. So now I have to pay 100+ dollars to get this fixed. I included photos of the seat pre tune as well. Was going to go to them for a future cam install but would NOT recommend this place to anyone, ever. Basically paid 2000 DOLLARS to have my check engine lights taken off with less performance and a ruined seat and scratched paint. Adding time slips pre tune and post tune showing .57 second loss (not .03) and 3 mph of trap speed lost (not 1mph) which is bigger indicator of power loss. Weather conditions similar from late May to early august and that was explained. So this is essentially a 5 percent power loss by “optimizing” headers that weren’t tuned. Basically running stock scat numbers even though I have long tube headers and a full exhaust. Car is my toy car not my daily it is driven 1-2 times a month and owned for years with care only the labor from here caused this and went unnoticed in a dark garage until it was brought out into sunlight weeks later with light shining on it (driven 2

I broke down on the tollway outside of Toledo whilst traveling cross country, so I was unfamiliar with available services. After reviewing my options, I had my Subaru towed to HMS. Despite it being after 5 PM, Carl received my car, reassured me they would inspect it the next day, which they did. It was a diagnosis of catastrophic engine failure, which I anticipated. They worked up an estimate for me the same day to replace my engine with a rebuild. But that would require days of course, so I elected to have it transported back home to further evaluate my options. Carl and his team were very courteous, kind and understanding of my frustration. I feel it was a good choice taking my car there, as I think they evaluated the situation and what the next steps were accurately. I very much appreciate your assistance in my time of need. The service at Hidden Motorsports far exceeded my expectations for my Porsche 911. The quality of service was impeccable at a very reasonable price. They got me in right away, and the service on my car was done expeditiously but with great care. When I picked up the car, they took the time to give me a detailed run-through of all that was accomplished. I will be using Hidden Motorsports for all of my maintenance needs here on out. Carl and Chriss are rocket fueled superheros , They took amazing care of my Fiesta ST and transformed it froma pile of Junk to a classy race car. The amount of work and details they had to go through is beyond imagination and they always found a practical ant reliable solution. It's amazing how they can do so much work and yet perfect the outcome. Those guys are golden. If you are serious about quality, craftsamanship, innovation you definitely need to be here. The competition doesn't even come close, I had to come all the way from Detroit to find such a comprehensive, honest and affordable service.

Even living 45 minutes away, Hidden Motorsports was worth the drive! The team was professional, fast, and clear in explaining my issue. They fixed my e90 at a fair price for dealership quality work. This is definitely my go-to shop now for anything I don’t feel like DIY’ing.
